Standard Charges List

  • Rush Fee $25

    Less than five business days to ship. If you’re requesting a proof, please allow 2-3 business days to receive artwork as rush fees are assessed from the date that your order is approved for production, not the request date. The ability to meet short deadlines will be determined on an order-by-order basis, as certain times of the year are extremely busy.
    Plus $5 for each additional item requiring rush.

  • Standard Shipping $20

    Per address, up to 8lbs.

  • Artwork Setup Fee $40

    For NEW artwork only- this does not apply when requesting proofs of existing mockups.

  • Proof Fee- 1st proof is free $5

    The proof fee occurs when an agency makes multiple changes to the same artwork on multiple occasions. This doesn’t apply if we’ve made an error in your mockup.

  • Plate Replacement Fee $25

Please send completed order forms to customerservice@bametalgraphics.com . We’ll reply with confirmation within 24 hours and give a general expected lead time. Order form can be downloaded from our “Downloadable Forms” page.

Our standard lead time is 7-10 business days to ship- please consider transit time in your estimations.
Yes! Please note: Rush requests that require completion in less than five business days will incur a $25 fee. We reserve the right to waive this for appropriate circumstances, such as flag box requests.
Yes! The first proof is free of charge. Please allow up to three business days to receive artwork, especially if it’s new or complex.
Of course! Be sure to send the account number every time you request an order as we do not keep those on file.
